There’s a spot along the River Cam here in Cambridge where I have noticed kingfishers nesting, usually every year. Sadly last year only one of the pair returned to the spot and they didn’t raise a family.

Hopefully they will return this year and I will be keeping an eye on the area and will report updates here, probably once a week or more often if something happens.
